MRS. MILES

LANETT --- Mrs. Margaret L. Miles, 76, of Lanett died Sunday, April 21, 1996 at her residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 1at 11 a.m. at Lanett Congregational Christian Church with the Rev. Roy Bain officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett.

Mrs. Miles is survived by her husband, Junior Miles of Lanett; her niece, Dorothy Ann Poole Cheek of Anchorage, Alaska; and several other nieces and nephews.

Born Sept. 18, 1919, in LaFayette, Mrs. Miles was a member of Lanett Congregational Christian Church. She was a retired employee of West Point Pepperell's Lanett MIll with 45 years of service, having worked in the cloth room. Mrs. Miles was a very active member in various organizations at her church.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
