Patricia Ann Fanning Esposito Patricia Ann (Fanning) Esposito, age 67, of Bishop Curtis Homes, Danbury, died peacefully at her home on Thursday, January 31, 2008. She was born in Danbury, on February 8, 1941, daughter of the late Harold and Alice (McIntosh) Fanning. Pat worked in the office at Lorad in Danbury for several years, and was currently working as a receptionist for Pope John Paul Center for Healthcare. She was an active parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church, volunteering as Eucharistic Minister, Lector, and was a member of RCIA. She ran the church prayer line, and was actively involved in the Bible Study Group. She also attended various prayer groups in the community. Pat was a friendly and outgoing person. She enjoyed socializing and her laughter was infectious. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Susan and her husband, Rev. Doug Lombardi of Massena, NY; her three granddaughters, Mandy Bowen, Nicole and Kristin Lombardi; her two sisters, Barbara Licursi and Jean DePaul; as well as several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 4, at 10 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Church. Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery. At Pat's request, there are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Gregory the Great Parish, for the benefit of the Youth Group, 85 Great Plain Road, Danbury, CT. 06811.
