Jerry Faltys, age 60 of Early, Texas, died at his home at Early on Monday, Jauary 25, 1999. Mr Faltys was born at Clarkson, Nebraska on March 21, 1938. He married Esther Thorne at Temple Texas on September 6, 1958. Mr. Faltys was Director of Maintenance at Early I.S.D. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the Austin Avenus Church of Christ. He had been a resident of Early since 1965. He was a former resident of Columbus, Nebraska.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Mary Jelinek Faltys.
Survivors are his wife, Esther Faltys of Early; son and daughter-in-law, David and Jan Faltys and their childrem Quaid Faltys and a baby girl, McKenna, due in March, all of Bryan; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Tim Trigg and their children, Amber, Catelyn, and Erin all of Early; and sisters, Elaine Brown of Leigh, Nevraska and Jerane Figgner of Freemont, Nebraska.
The funeral was Wednesday January 27, 1999 at 3:30 p.m. at the Early First Baptist Church with Jim Hall officiating. Interment followed int funeral at the Goldthwaite Memorial Cemetery Goldthwaite, Texas
