Frances graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, with a degree in elementary education. She loved children and they all loved her. Frances was a stay-at-home mom who worked hard to keep her family happy. She enjoyed playing bridge with her friends and volunteering for several charities in San Diego.

Frances loved to go out to dinner and dancing with her husband and that love of dancing was passed along to her daughter. But, both her sons disliked dancing
