A graveside service is planned at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Maplewood Cemetery for Madison Juanita Evans, 2-month-old daughter of Brenda Thompson and Everett Evans of Paris.
Willie Thompson and Jessica DeWitt will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
Madison died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville.
She was born June 22, 2009, in Nashville.
In addition to her parents, she leaves two grandparents: William and Lisa Thompson of Paris; a great-grandmother: Mary Thompson of California; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She also was preceded in death by a sister: Amber Marie Sue Thompson; a grandfather: Everett Glenn Evans Sr.; and a grandmother: Juanita Nunnery.
