Jack, 70, passed away at 1:45 a.m., at his home.

He was a son of John and Bernita (Knoch) Evans. On Mar 31, 1984, he married Sue Graf, who survives in Wapakoneta.

Also surviving are a son, Robert (Lisa), Elberta, AL; four daughters, Jackie Evans, Summerdale, AL, Nancy (Lionel) Cabbarubia and Betsy Evans, all Foley, AL, and Jeanie Clevenger, Wapakoneta; two stepdaughters, Tamela (Steve) Nuesmeyer and Natasha (Scott) Hengstler, Wapakoneta; a brother, James (Jenny), Washington Court House; three sisters, Diane Talbot, Clarington, and Connie Burgess and Patti (Don) Shroyer, all Wapakoneta; seven grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.

Deceased are three brothers, Tom, Donald and Jerry; a sister, Janet Sanders; and a grandson, Brandon Evans.

He served in the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard.

Funeral services will be at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, Pastor R.J. Davis officiating.
