Mrs. Sarah Annie Etheridge Davis, 86, widow of William F. Davis, died Wednesday at 9:20 p.m. in her home, 7601 Holland Swamp Road.
A lifelong resident of this area, she was a daughter of Isaiah M. and Mrs. Elizabeth Morris Etheridge. She was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, William Forrest Davis of Princess Anne County; two sisters, Mrs. M.V. Taylor of Norfolk, Mrs. Laura Notter of Chesapeake, Ohio.
A funeral will be held in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Saturday at 2 p.m., by the Rev. Arnold Blount, pastor of Kempsville Baptist Church. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park.
