Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Giles Memory Gardens.
Survivors are his father, Larry(Judy) Erwin of Pulaski, his mother, Sue Walker and husband Steve of Prospect, children, Ethan Erwin, Erin Erwin and their mother Angie Erwin of Collinwood. Uncles and aunts, Carolyn(Doug) Hughey, Joann Garner, Debbie and Jimmy Gibson, and Ralph and Sandra Sands. Several cousins also survive.
