Death Which Followed Illness Of Eight Weeks Occurred Today
TO HOLD FUNERAL FRIDAY
Mrs. Minnie Tucker, age 56 years, wife of David Tucker of Sugar Creek township, died at the home of her son, Roy Tucker of Fairland, Indiana, at 9:10 o'clock this morning, following an illness of eight weeks.
Mrs. Tucker underwent an operation at the Major hospital of this city six weeks ago from which she had never recovered. She was the daughter of Elijah and Clarinda Ensminger of Moral township and was born April 3, 1872.
On February 3, 1889 she was married to David Tucker and to this union was born three children, Roy and Fred Tucker of Fairland, and Mrs. Bertha House of Moral township, all of whom survive. She was a member of the London M. E. church and was held in high esteem by her many friends, having been a resident of Moral township all her life with the exception of the past four years. Besides the husband and children she is survived by two brothers, John Mack and Lewis Mack, both of Moral township.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock at the London M.E. church, the Rev. Wolfgang officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill cemetery in charge of C. F. Fix and Son, funeral directors.
