OCALA -- Alfred J. English, 83, a retired foreman for a packing house, died Sept. 7, 1994, at Timber Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Burlington, VT, Mr. English moved here 20 years ago. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church; and the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 3656 of Ocala.
Survivors include his wife, Isabelle English, Ocala; daughters, Jeannette L. Heckler, Tonawanda, NY, and Claire C. Rae, Ocala; sons, Raymond B. English, Mitton, and Richard A. English, Ocala; brother, Albert English, Burlington, VT; sister, Josephine Vezina, Winooski, VT; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
