Heating Firm's Owner Is Dead

Edward J. Elsasser, 56, owner of Hotentot Heating & Air Conditioning Co., 3510 South Twenty-fourth Street, died early Tuesday at an Omaha hospital following a heart attack.

He has been owner of the company since 1965. He had lived at 2923 South 112th Street. He was a member of the Capitol Lodge 3, Omaha Chapter No. 1 Royal Arch Masons, Mr. Calvary Commandery No. 1, Tangier Temple of the Shrine and president of the Omaha Sheetmetal Contractors Association.

Survivors include his widow, Gladys; a son Robert, who lives at home; daughters, Carole Taylor of Littleton, Colo., and Sally Peterson, of Omaha; a brother Lewis, Omaha, and seven grandchildren.

Funeral will be 2 p. m. Thursday, Crosby-Burket Chapel, 119th Street and West Center Road.
