Husband of Ella Anna Moser, married 17 NOV 1901.
Ed had only one "short" name because at birth he only weighed one pound. They did not expect him to live and he was placed in a shoe box near the kitchen stove. Of course that did not provide much help because he was born in the hot summer month of August. During his lifetime, Ed tried his hand at farming but was never successful. He did better in sales and at one time had a small store in Jonesboro that sold dry goods. When he was in his 70's he was traveling on the road selling dry goods. Ed was born in a log house which is known as the Walker Place. Homestead purchased in January 15, 1892 from Paul Marlatt for $800. Deed is recorded in Craighead County Courthouse - Book 13, Page 3/3.
