~ My Aunt Sap ~

This dear lady was my aunt, my mother's oldest sister and the mother of five of my cousins. I am not sure why her nickname was Sap but that is all I remember her by. My Aunt Sap loved the Lord and lived her life with a strong love for everyone but especially for her family. My Aunt Sap was a loving daughter, wonderful wife to both of her husbands, an awesome mother to her five children, three boys and two girls and was very much loved by her seven grandchildren, her three sisters, her nieces and nephews and a large host of friends. When I was asked by my Aunt Sap's daughters to create a memorial in her memory I spoke to them about what they would like for me to include in her bio and both of her daughters said they wanted her last name to reflect that of their father's, since her only living children were by him. I have done so to honor their wishes. My Aunt Sap was blessed with five children, four with her first husband and one with her second husband. My Aunt Sap was survived by all five of her children but sadly the youngest of her children Hardy L. Hanson, passed away in 1992 at the young age of 30. Aunt Sap loved bells and had a large collection of them. Anytime I see a bell I think of my Aunt Sap and every time I hear one ring I wonder which Angel is getting their wings.
