Barbara Elkins, age 71 of Clinton, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 at her home. She was a member of Deep Springs Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis & Lillie Goins; sisters, Reta Dean Reed & Margaret Hill.
