Eleonore J. Eide, 87, Mondovi, died Sunday, April 1, 2001, at the American Lutheran Home in Mondovi.
She was born February 1, 1914, in Mondovi, to Joseph and Carrie (Odegard) Wulff.
She was a 1932 graduate of Mondovi High School. She married Myron S. Eide on Dec. 27, 1933 at Central Lutheran Church in Mondovi. She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband in the rural Mondovi area.
She was a member of Central Lutheran Church and its ladies organizations and active in C.L.C.W. and the church quilting ministry.
Survivors include five children, Beverly (Roger) Leonard of Eau Claire, Maurice (Donna) Eide of Mondovi, Sharon Lehman of Eau Claire, Joseph (Sue) Eide of Eau Claire, Karmen Teigen of Mondovi; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother-in-law, Thomas Eide of Corvallis, OR, two sisters-in-law, Alice Eide of Mondovi, Eda Randall of Madison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Myron; one great-grandchild, parents; two brothers, Kenneth Wulff and Martin Wulff.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, at Central Lutheran Church with Rev. James Tallman and Rev. Jack Olson officiating. Burial will be in the Naples Cemetery, rural Mondovi.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Kjentvet-Smith Funeral Home in Mondovi or on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
