She was born in Clayton, IN to Roy and Alta (Stevenson) Carter.
She was married to Lowell R. Edmondson in 1937, he preceded her in death in 1995.
Mrs. Edmondson was a homemaker, member of Danville Friends Church and enjoyed membership in the "Easy Aces" Bridge Club for over 60 years.
Survivors include sons, Stephen G. Edmondson, Fishers, Russell D. Edmondson, Indianapolis; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Hoge and Lucille Berghane, both of Danville.
She was preceded in death by a son, Daniel R. Edmondson; a daughter, Judy Ross and a sister, Elizabeth Heil.
Services were Wednesday, July 25th at Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home, in Danville, IN.
