Sue E. Beeson, age 89, of Sun City, Ariz., died Monday, June 20, 2005, at Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City following a lengthy illness.

She was born July 1, 1915, in Nevada, to Orel and Eddy Eddlemon. She was married to Richard H. Beeson who preceded her in death in 1996.

Mrs. Beeson spent her life in Missouri and Sun City, Ariz. She was a member of Sun City Christian Church. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Eastern Star, and the National American Glass Club. She graduated from Cottey College in Nevada in 1937.

Survivors include her son, Thomas C. Beeson and his wife, Judy; her sister, Jean Edwards; two nephews, Clayton Edwards and Marc Edwards; and two nieces, Anne Yarnevich and Barbie Stuber.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, July 23, at Newton Burial Park in Nevada. Local arrangements are under the direction of Ferry Funeral Home.
