ELKHART - Mrs. Saloma Eckhart Mann, aged 74, widow of Tobias E. Mann, died at 8:10 p. m. Friday in her home, 709 Hubbard avenue. She was born July 1, 1872, in Elkhart county, daughter of the late Adam and Mary Ann Ricker Eckhart. Her marriage to Mr. Mann took place Feb. 5, 1899, and he died 26 years ago. Surviving are six children: Cleo A., Walter, Earl, William, Miss Helen and Miss Mary Mann, of Elkhart, and Miss Leila Mann, of Chicago; nine grandchildren and two brothers, Ira and Aaron Eckhart, both of Elkhart. Friends may call at the Mann home until 1 p. m. Monday when the body will be taken to Prairie Street Mennonite church, where funeral services will be conducted at 2 o'clock with Rev. John Gingerich officiating. Burial will be in Prairie street cemetery. Mrs. Mann was a member of the Prairie Street church.
