Ethel E. Echart, 87, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 20, 2013, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. A daughter of the late William and Elsie Sanbower Jenkins, she was born May 4, 1926, in Library. Ethel was a resident of Belle Vernon for most of her adult life and was a member of the Pricedale Union Church. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Robert Cloud of Belle Vernon and Cathy and Lonnie Moyer of Dauphin; two sons, David Echart of Belle Vernon and Brian Echart; three grandchildren, Jason Cloud of Seattle, Wash., and Ben and Amy Moyer both of Dauphin; and two sisters, Mary Peroney of Perryopolis and Lilliam McWreath of Harrisburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence W. Echart, on July 28, 2011; and one son, Randy Echart on Dec. 18, 2009. A memorial service will be held in the Pricedale Union Church 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, with Pastor James Mimidis officiating. Interment was in West Newton Cemetery.
