LuJuan Earley Bartlett 1933 ~ 2009 Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, LuJuan, 75, passed away April 1st, 2009.
She was born in Round Valley, Utah to Joseph Hyden and Edith Weston Earley and grew up in Laketown, Utah as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day- Saints.
For over 20 years LuJuan dedicated her life to the care of others as a Registered Nurse at Cottonwood Hospital, Murray, Utah. LuJuan was an avid reader. She enjoyed photography, oil painting and writing poetry. One of her greatest loves was her cats. LuJuan was a dedicated Utah Jazz fan following them with excited enthusiasm. "Go Jazz."
She is survived by her children Fawn S. Nielsen-Copperton, Kim S. (Scott) Nydegger-Logan, Spring B. (James)-Scarborough, Maine, eight grandchildren, Julia (Darren) Rosenlund, Joseph Alan (Melanie) Nydegger, Seth (Anna) Nydegger, Amanda (Shane) Larsen, Isaac (Britany) Nydegger, Rachel Nydegger, Nicole Connolly, Caitlyn Connolly, eight great-grandchildren, and sister Jolene (James) Contos. Preceded in death by her parents, sister and brother-in-law Sonja and Garth Oliverson, and great-grandson Dylan
Michael Larsen Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service in her honor on Tuesday, April 7th, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Garner Funeral Home, 1001 (Ea.) 11th Ave., Salt Lake City. Internment will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery . In lieu of flowers LuJuan would appreciate a donation to an animal shelter of your choice in her behalf.
