"No one knows the silent heartaches. Only those who have lost can tell. Of the grief that's borne in silence, For our dear mother we loved so well. More and more each day we miss you, Friends may think the wound is healed, But they little know the sorrow That lies within our hearts concealed. Mother, dear, we are lonesome, For we miss your loving face, But you left us to remember None on earth can take your place."
