Eileen Jane (Dugan) Dowler, age 88, of Hillsboro entered into rest Saturday, November 9, 2013. She was a homemaker, member of First Baptist Church of Arnold, she was a second generation Sunday school teacher; she also enjoyed traveling. Born March 18, 1925, in Dupo, Illinois, to the late Leeander and Clara (Miller) Dugan.
Survived by her husband of 68 years, Eugene J. Dowler; daughter, Carol (Melvin) McGlaughlin of Hillsboro, Missouri; grandchildren: Lisa (John) Huff and Kevin (Jeannie) McGlaughlin; half-brother, Erwin Dugan of Millstadt, Illinois; great grandchildren: Kalah, Eoghan and Emily Huff and Katelyn, Kelsea and Kaleah McGlaughlin. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by special aunt and uncle, Robert and Pearl Green.
