Arthur W. Ducharme of Hanover died Jan. 10, 2012. Born in Boston and raised in West Roxbury and Roslindale, he was a graduate of Boston High School of Commerce. Mr. Ducharme served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean era. He worked for many years as a data processing manager. Mr. Ducharme was the director of Historic Interpretive Program at the Church of the Presidents for the last 15 years. He had a strong passion for classical music and enjoyed movies. Beloved husband of Alma (Cammall) Ducharme, he was the loving father of Cheryl Kent and her husband Thomas of Hanover, Linda Preciado and her husband Mike of Murrieta, Calif., Bill Ducharme and his wife Natalie of Marshfield, Jed John Ducharme and his wife Nancy of Braintree and Laura Hermanson and her husband Gary of Middleboro; grandfather of Michael Kent, Matthew Preciado, Jonathan Ducharme, Libbie Ducharme, Hannah Ducharme, Sophia Ducharme, Ellie Ducharme, Tyler Ducharme and Erik Hermanson; brother-in-law of John and Margaret Cammall of San Diego. Funeral service at United First Parish Church (Unitarian), 1306 Hancock St., Quincy, Saturday, Jan. 14, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited.
