She was born June 14, 1929, at Scranton, the daughter of Everett and Mildred Rice Jolly. She grew up in Burlingame, and graduated from Burlingame High School in 1947.
She married Lyle Dubois on May 24, 1947, at Olathe. He survives of the home. They moved to Stanley in 1956. In 1968 they moved to Paola. She was a 4-H leader for the Stanley Buccaneers 4-H club and served as class mother at the Stanley schools. She was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and the Palomino Horse Breeders of America and was a charter member of the Kansas State Horse Show Circuit.
Besides her husband, she is also survived by a daughter, Verdon Dubois, Paola; a son, Terry Dubois and wife, Marjie, Paola; three grandchildren, Brian Dubois, Stacey Dubois and Scott and Sherry Dubois; a sister, Shirley Seastrom, Burlingame and two great grandchildren.
Services were to be 11 a.m. April 30 at Burlingame Cemetery.
