Deaths
Mrs. Catherine E. Dorsey
Mrs. Catherine Dorsey, 80, a resident of Battle Creek for the last 14 years, died at her home, 30 Anderson court, Thursday, following a short illness. She is survived by one son, Harry J. Dorsey, 30 Anderson court, and one sister, Mrs. Kraal of Kankakee, Ill. Mrs. Dorsey was a member of St. Philip Catholic church, and the Altar society. She was born in Milwaukee, Wis., and later spent many years in Chicago. The body will be taken to Harvey, Ill., tonight, where services will be held Saturday morning. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Chicago. A prayer service will be held at the Farley Funeral home this evening at 7:30 in charge of the Rev. Fr. David L. Dillon. Members of the Altar society and friends are invited.
