Abstract: The cashier at Benton's Japanese curio store in Los Angeles was hurled from a moving Pacific Electric car, fracturing her skull and causing her death. She came to this country a year ago from Kobe, where her mother, Mrs. Shintaro Dan, resides. The body will be cremated in Los Angeles and the ashes sent to Japan.
