MRS. DENA L. SKILLINGS
Mrs. Dena L. Skillings, 82, Black Point Rd., Scarborough, died yesterday morning in a local hospital after a brief illness.
A native of Jackson, N. H., daughter of the late David and Aurilla Leavitt Dolloff, she was educated in schools there. She had been a resident of Scarborough the past 52 years. He husband, Rosco L. Skillings, died 25 years ago.
Mrs. Skillings was a member of the First Congregational Church of Scarborough.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Philo Bearse Sr. of Lincoln; Mrs. John Cook, Glen, N.H., and Mrs. Timothy Donovan, Laconia, N.H.; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the First Congregational Church, Scarborough, the Rev. Morton Sorensen officiating. Burial will be in Black Point Cemetery.
