Barbara was predeceased by her husband James Edward Dobbins Sr. and her son James Edward Dobbins Jr. She is survived by her daughter Nancy E. Dobbins of National Park and her son Thomas E. Dobbins of Thorofare; her sister Molly Hansplant of Doylestown; and 4 grandchildren, Thomas J., Christopher J., William M., and Daniel P. Dobbins.
