Chloe B. Billman was born July 20, 1884 to William O. Dixon and Nancy Allen Hook in Clarion Co., Pa. She was a widow, her deceased husband was Joseph Neff Billman. She was listed as 76 yrs. old and a housewife, living at 185 S. 5th Ave., Clarion, Pa. She died from a coronary thrombosis on Dec 27, 1960 at the Oil City Hospital in Venango Co. She was interred in the Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery on Dec. 30, 1960. The informant was Brookes D. Billman of Middletown, Ohio.

Mrs. Chloe Belle Dixon Billman, 76, of 185 S. 5th Ave., Clarion, widow of Joseph Neff Billman, died at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday in the Oil City Hospital. Mrs. Billman recently moved to Clarion to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. John (Louise) Haines. She had lived prior to that time at 311 New Castle St., Butler.
She was born in Clarion County, July 20, 1884, a daughter of the late William O. and Nancy Allen Hook Dixon. Her husband died Sept. 4, 1959.
Mrs. Billman was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Butler Butler and the Butler Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star.
In addition to Mrs. Haines, survivors include two sons, J. Elwin Billman of New Castle and Brookes D. Billman of Middletown, O.; a brother, J. M. Dixon of Zelienople; four sisters, Mrs. Harry Burford of Freeport, Mrs. Charles Burford of Mars, Mrs. Thomas W. Mooney of New Bethlehem and Mrs. Thomas Hamm of Vero Beach, Fla. and three grandchildren
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Atwell Funeral Home in the Butler. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday with Dr. R. F. Steininger, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
