Wilma A. BORDER, 69, 919 Pontiac St., died at 11:35 a.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Hosptal.
The daughter of William H.P. and Bertha RHODES DITTMER, she was born Jan. 5, 1928 in Savanna, Ill., She married Dairl E. BORDER in Rochester on Sept. 24, 1955. He survives. She was a homemaker and member of First Christian Church.
Surviving with her husband are three sons, William H. [BORDER] and David A. [BORDER], both of Rochester, and Duane K. [BORDER], of North Pole, Alaska; two step-daughters, Karen R. SHAFER, Rochester, and Joanne LOPER, Cromwell; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Byron BORDER, and two grandsons.
Private graveside services will be Tuesday at the IOOF Cemetery with the Rev. Chris DODSON offlciating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Zimmerman Family Funeral Home in Rochester.
Memorials may be made to the First Christian Church or Woodlawn Hospital.
