Louisa Dinsmore married Jesse Denson Beauchamp (1815-1889) around 1838. They were living in Madison Co., Ala. in 1850, and in Limestone Co., Ala. in 1860 and 1870. He enlisted in the Confederate Army, Co. K, 54th Tennessee Regiment, CSA in Sept. 1861.
Louisa Dinsmore and Jesse Denson Beauchamp had six children: Sarah Elizabeth Beauchamp (c. 1840), William A. Beauchamp (c. 1844), Hiram N. H. Beauchamp (c. 1848), Nicholas P. M. Beauchamp(c. 1850), Virginia MacDonald "Jennie" Beauchamp (1852-1939, m. Thomas Jefferson Evans) and Burrah Beauchamp (c. 1854).
NOTE: Per a message sent to me by Find A Grave Contributor Arlene Blackall (#47378762) on 20 June 2017: "Louisa Dinsmore Beauchamp is my 2nd great Grandmother. She is not buried in the same cemetery where her husband was later buried. She was laid to rest on family property off Rt 72 in Limestone County, AL. I last visited the spot in the summer of 1998 and one of my cousins who lives in the area took me to it."
