Della A. Boutelle, 48, of 1374 Bates Road, Sinclairville, died Friday, October 31, 2008, in WCA Hospital.
A Jamestown native, she was born December 2, 1959, a daughter of the late Paul and Agnes "Shirley" Karash Dillingham.
She was a 1977 graduate of Jamestown High School.
She was employed by Jamestown Medical Imaging for six years as a patient care coordinator. She earlier had worked for WCA Hospital for 17 years and the former Fenton Park Nursing Home for 9 years.
She was a communicant of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
She enjoyed old country music, cooking, the Buffalo Bills, her dog Ruby, playing cards and having good fun.
Surviving are a son, Alex Boutelle of Jamestown, a daughter, Stacey (Charles Haluska) Boutelle of Sin-clairville, her companion, Jon Swan, with whom she shared her life, stepchildren Luke and Cecilia Swan, both of Sinclairville, a sister, Julie Lisciandro of Jamestown, and niece and nephew, Michael and Melissa Lisci-andro, both of Jamestown.
She was preceded in death by her father, who died March 6, 1995, and her mother, who died January 15, 2007.
