Final rites for Mrs. Florence Vera Dickert, Van Zandt County resident all her life, were held Friday in Edom.
Rev. Shelby Beaty and Rev. Robert Edwards officiated at the services held in the Edom Methodist Church.
Mrs. Dickert, 53, died Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hazel Shivers, after an illness of six months. Interment was in the Edom Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband; her father, her daughter, three brothers, two sisters, and one grandchild.
