MRS WILLIAM H CARSON
Mrs Alice Margaret Carson, wife of William H Carson, died at her home, 421 Boyles Street, Bellwood, on Tuesday, February 17, 1942 at 6:25 p.m. She was born in Hill Valley, near Mount Union, on November 6, 1883, a daughter of Miles and Perthenia (Shaffer) Dell. On March 15, 1904, at Bellwood, she was married to William H Carson. Surviving are her husband and three daughters, as follows: Mrs Ralph Turnbaugh of Bellwood; Miss Mary Carson of Harrisburg and Miss Lois Carson, at home. Also surviving are two brothers Charles Dell of Yeagertown and David Dell of Shirleysburg. Mrs Carson was a member of the Methodist church of Bellwood and of the Loyalty Sunday School class. Funeral services will be held at her home on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be made at Bellwood Cemetery by Fuoss's funeral service.
