Suggested edit: Sorry me again, in the last email I mentioned that her mother is given as Blanch M. Barton, looking at my records that is actually her stepmother. Her mother is actually Almira Rozella Shanger, her father's first wife, he didn't marry the second wife till Cecilia was about 4-5 years old.
