“Miss “Peggy” McMullen, third daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper McMullen, 15 Boulevard, Whitestone, won the grand final in the bathing beauty contest held in the Rialto Theater, Whitestone, last night. She travels with her husband to various countries until enlisting in the US Womens Army Corps on May 20, 1943, 19 days after her sister Isabel’s enlistment. Peggy and James divorce some time prior to his death on June 10, 1959 in Indiana, PA (his death record states divorced). She later marries Alvin M Dawson. After his death in Texas she moves to Albuquerque and public records show her living at the same address as her sister Isabel V., Jane Place NE.
