Death: Jan. 27, 1989

She was known to all in WY as Patricia/Pat but to her birth family in Manhattan she was known as Marie. She was born Marie Anna Davis and changed her name a few times after leaving NY and finally settled on Patricia Marie. She married first to James Connor, who was my father. He died young and she remarried to Fred Karl Gray. She died of stomach cancer when she was only 63, leaving me and my four brothers and my step-father to mourn her loss. She was a wonderful singer, song-writer and composer along with raising five rowdy kids. Her gift of music has been passed down to myself (voice), my full-blood brother (voice, song-writing, composing) and at least one half brother. Both of my children have beautiful voices and play instruments and I have a grand child from each child who show much promise in the voice area.

A picture of her headstone is posted on her husband's memorial...it is a white marble urn with a scripture engraved on the stone beneath it. Her ashes lay under the urn.
