The Evening Star obituary for Mrs. Wesson, dated 31 January 1922~~
"Wife of Col. Wesson Will Be Buried at West Point
Funeral services for Mrs. Anne Davis Wesson, wife of Col. Charles Macon Wesson of the ordnance departent, U.S.A., will be held at her late residence, 1821 Belmont Road, Thursday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. Rev. Herbert Scott Smith of St. Margaret's Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial will be in West Point, New York.
Mrs. Wesson is a native of Fort D. A. Russell, Wyoming, and has been living alternately in Washington and West Point, New York, for many years. She was the daughter of the late General George B. Davis, who was for many years the judge advocate general of the Army. Besides her husband, Mrs. Wesson is survivedd by three children, Nancy, Helen and Macon. Nancy was injured in the accident and is now convalescing at Walter Reed Hospital. The injured girl did not know her mother was in the theater, she having gone with several friends."
