She was born September 2, 1930 in Ross County to Milton and Clara (Christman) Davis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Joan is survived by her children; Michael, Rick and Joe Keaton and Terry Kieban, brothers; Kenneth and Richard Davis and 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
Burial will follow in Floral Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
