Vernal Monroe Davidson passed away on March 19, 2011 in Finley, Washington, at the home of his daughter.

He was born on May 24, 1935 in Rexburg, to Vern and June Davidson. He started school while living on the Oregon coast, returning to Sugar-Salem, where he graduated from high school.

Vernal served with the United States National Guard. He served a two-year LDS mission in Montana.

He married Lola Fay on Sept. 28, 1995. He was a retired rancher and truck driver living in Boardman, Oregon for 30 years.

Vernal is survived by his wife, Lola; four brothers: his twin, Vern Leonard (Rosemary), Farrell (Darlene), Cornell (Venna) and Bryce Davidson; three children: Braden, Kera Lee and Bonna Vee; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Boardman Ward.

Burial was in the Riverview Cemetery in Boardman.
