Barney B. Daniels Jr. was a lifelong resident of Lee County and had been engaged in the cattle business. He was on the staff of the federal hospital at Bay Pines and had been with the Fort Myers city police, fire department and highway patrol. He was a veteran of World War II. He was survived by his widow, Mrs. Ann H. Daniels, and his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Barney B. Daniels Sr., all of Fort Myers.
