Former Resident Dies in Eureka; Funeral Tuesday

Ernest Dall, 45, a former Richfield resident, died at his home in Eureka Saturday morning after a long illness. He had worked as a miner in the Tintic Standard mine for the past 22 years.


Mr. Dall spent most of his boyhood in Richfield and has many friends here. He was born August 5, 1889, at Pima, Arizona, a son of Samuel Henry and Mary Jane Collings Dall. Surviving are his widow, Edna Yates Dall; four children, Lawrence Edwin, Ernest Eugene, David Norman and Thelma Dall, Eureka; his parents Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Dall, Bountiful and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Jane Sylvester, Eureka and Mrs. Parley P. Poulson, Richfield.


Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning in the Eureka L. D. S. chapel. Interment was in the Wasatch Lawn burial park, Salt Lake City.


Mr. and Mrs. Parley Poulson and daughter Elaine, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. David Dall and Mrs. J. H. Nelson went to Eureka Monday to attend the funeral services.
