Freda Irene Cutlip, 83, of Parkersburg died October 13, 2008 at Eagle Pointe. She was born in Ravenswood, WV a daughter of the late Alva and Nora L. McKitrick Johnston. She was a homemaker and worked at the shovel plant during WW II. She was active in the Senior Citizens and loved sewing. She was Baptist by faith.
She is survived by four sons Denver G. and Kathy McNemar of Vienna, Harold D. "Dan" and Sandy McNemar of Parkersburg, Howard E. McNemar of Georgia, and Ronald and Cindy Drennen of Parkersburg; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and two sisters Pauline Braham and Kathleen Thomson both of Parkersburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hayward D. "Buck" Cutlip, and two brothers Bradford and Louis Johnston.
Services will be Thursday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Evangelist Dana Slingluff officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery South. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
