Daughter of Joseph Hewson Curtis and Sarah Morrell. Sister of Henry W. Curtis, Edwin Morrell and Eliza Mary Curtis Pearson.

Came to the U.S. quite young, initially living at Philadelphia before coming to Malad, Idaho. Married in 18 Jan 1880 at Logan, Utah to Albert T. Stout. In 1881, they moved to Blackfood where Mr. Stout was in the cattle business. She apparently had no children.
