Lead Daily Call newspaper, February 27, 1988 - "Margaret Bellotti. Services are pending at Fidler Funeral Chapel in Spearfish for Mrs. Margaret M. Bellotti, age 75, of Spearfish, who died Friday morning, Feb. 16, at Lookout Memorial Hospital.
She was a former resident of Lead. Among her survivors is a son, James F. Bellotti of Sacramento, Calif."

Lead Daily Call, March 1, 1988 - "Margaret Bellotti.
Funeral services for Margaret Marie Bellotti, 75, of Spearfish, were held Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. The Rev. Donald Hickerson officiated. Burial was in the South Lead Cemetery with Fidler Funeral Chapel of Spearfish in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bellotti died Friday at Lookout Memorial Hospital in Spearfish. A memorial has been established to the charity of the donor's choice.
She was born Sept. 13, 1912, at Lead, the daughter of Frank and Mary Sophia (Wanhala) Curnow. She grew up at Terraville and went to school there through the eighth grade. She graduated from Lead High School in 1930 where she won honors in typing and shorthand. She worked in the Lead City Attorney's office before she married Holger Ferb. He died in a mining accident at Homestake Mine in 1937. She then worked in the Homestake Mine offices in Lead.
In 1943 she moved to California and worked for the American Red Cross at Vallejo and later for the Mitchell Camera Co. Mrs. Bellotti worked in the California Department of Education for many years before retiring in 1972. She moved to Spearfish in 1986.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James F. and Marilee Bellotti of Sacramento, Calif.; four sisters, Frances Strong of Beulah, Wyo., Hazel Anway and Alice Crawford, both of Spearfish and Maymen Parsons of San Diego, Calif., two brothers John and Frank Curnow, and two aunts, Jennie Wanhala and Eva Berg, all of Spearfish and three grandchildren, Katherine, Stephen and Meredith Bellotti, also of Sacramento; and a half sister, Louise Hanson, Cleburne, Tex.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Moellendorf."
