84, widow of Harmon "Big H" Bach, died Tues, May 5th, 2009. Born in Hopkinsville, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Terry and Mildred Rich Cunningham. She was passionately devoted to her family and her beloved dachshunds, Tootsie and Big Red. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, an avid bridge player and a member of the Frankfort Chapter of the DAR. She was a graduate of Newton's Commercial College and had been a Secretary for the Army Post Engineers and Fire Marshall, Fort Campbell, Ky. and the Pennyrile Rural Electric Corp., Hopkinsville, Ky.
She is survived by her children, Carol (Howard) Spurr, Lexington and Judson (Sue) Bach, Odessa, FL; grandchildren, Jessica E. Taylor, R. Mark Taylor, both of St. Petersburg, FL, Stuart N. Spurr and Andrew S. Spurr, both of Lexington, Mia N. Bach, Kristin E. Bach and Alexander Harmon Bach, all of Odessa, FL. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ellen Bach Taylor.
Services will be 11:30 AM Mon conducted by Dr. Craig Loscalzo. Burial will follow at the Lexington Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Stuart N Spurr, Andrew S Spurr, R Mark Taylor, Madison Sewell, Kash Sewell, Britt Burton and Larry Earley. Honorary bearers will be Dr. Frank Sewell, Thomas Daily, Paul Kiel, Dr. Richard Sepmeyer, Melvin Downey, James St. Amand, David Williamson, and Juan Castro. Visitation will be at Milward Funeral Home, Southland Drive from 6-8 PM Sun. The Family requests that memorial contributions be made to Shriner's Children Hospital, 1900 Richmond Road, Lexington, KY 40502 in lieu of flowers.
