Judith A. Chadwell, 64, of Lafayette, died Wednesday, March, 23 2011, in Lafayette. She was born Feb. 25, 1947, in Columbus, Ohio.
She was a member of the West Lafayette Lioness Club and was associated with the Lafayette Civic Theater and the Lafayette Jefferson High School theater.
She enjoyed playing bingo, knitting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband, William F. Chadwell; a son, Bradley W. Chadwell (wife: Becky); her father H. Glenn Cunningham; and two sisters; and five grandchildren.
