An angel among us departed this earth at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, LA. She was 90 years young.
She was born in Grangeville, LA on October 14, 1915. She was a wonderful, loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She is survived by her 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Sheree and Ricky Foster, Denham Springs, CiCi and Darrell Braud, Sandy Hook, MS, Wendy and Ricky Webb, Ethel and Joey and James Braden, DeQuincey; sister, Odell Costello, Chicago, IL; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, Alton Bridges; parents, Ed and Fannie Cummings.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jeff and Ricky Foster, Josh and Alton Adams, Jared, Morgan and Brogan Webb, Jacob and Jonah Braden, Tyler Adams and Lane Foster.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday and from 11 a.m. until religious services at 1:00 p.m. Saturday. Interment Red Bluff Cemetery, Greensburg, LA.
