Loraine A. "Lorie" Bolin, 44, of Athens, went home to be with her Lord, Friday July 18, 2008, at her residence. After a long battle with many health issues, Lorie went into heaven dancing and singing with her hands raised praising her God.
Born in Athens on Jan. 15, 1964, she was the daughter of Bernard Cuckler of Athens and the late Dorothy Matz Cuckler. She was a member of Christ Community Wesleyan Church. Until recently she owned her own embroidery business, was a homemaker and a former Alexander School District bus driver.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law, Mary Jo and Dwight Bolin.
