Aileen Blazer Crum, 81, died peacefully Sunday morning at her home in Greeneville.
Aileen was one of the original cooks at South Greene High School and retired from Clyde Austin 4-H Camp. She was a member of First Church of God.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years: Ray Crum; son and daughter-in-law: David and Louise Crum and their daughter, Nay and her husband, Chris Metcalf; two grandchildren and their spouses: Steven and Tara Huff, Hannah and Kalum Hensley; three great-grandchildren: Denver and EllaKate Huff and Kaden Hensley; two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Beryl Freshour, Debbie and Wayne Collins, Robert Miner of Waldorf, Maryland; one brother and sister-in-law: Farrell "Bud" and Margaret Blazer; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bruce and Ann Crum, Mary Ruth Crum, Gladys Cutshall, and Robert Crum; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter: Pam Huff; parents: Leitus and Marie Solomon Blazer; sister: Wanda Miner; two brothers-in-law: Bill Freshour and Darrell Cutshall; one sister-in-law: Lois Crum.
At her request her body will be cremated with no formal visitation and a private family graveside service at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. The Rev. Darrell Sovine will officiate.
She had requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be given to First Church of God Building Fund, Noah's Ark, or to the charity of your choice.
